It seems like the last 5 months have really flown by. Samantha is now eating rice cereal most days (once a day, and most of it still runs down her chin). She spins in circles on the floor and is getting closer to scooting. She can sit up with minimal support, but hasn't quite mastered sitting on her own yet. We still haven't gotten her back to sleeping through the night consistently, but we're working on it. She makes us smile multiple times every day and is so fun. She's also very helpful with the household chores :)
We've decided to stay home for the holidays which is sort of a relief. We're just not ready to spend hours stuck in O'hare or Indy with a baby. Instead we're going to our friends, Chris and Stephanie's house for Thanksgiving and will hopefully be going to Tahoe for the week after Christmas. It should be a great holiday season!
I love the picture of Sam "helping" Lawrence mop the floor. Too funny. That is nice that you'll be home for the holidays. I'm sure that will make them much less stressful. Glad you are enjoying your sweet baby girl..we sure liked finally meeting her!
