Last week Samantha mastered the art of sitting! She sits for long periods of time now and only falls over when she gets distracted. She's also now eating a meal of solid food once a day every day (still just rice cereal, but I'll be introducing avocado and others soon). I am taking Dec. 20th through Jan. 2nd off of work, so I hope to get lots of solid food prepped and frozen. It's just about time, too, because the milk supply is dwindling to just a few days of buffer and each day I'm about 1-4 ounces shy of producing everything she eats. I plan to keep pumping even after she is eating 2 or 3 solids meals a day to get the buffer back up. Anyway, here are some cute photos of her I took while we were decorating the tree (I'll save that for another post). Oh, and a cute video I took the other night at bedtime :)
Congratulations Samantha! I love the pictures of her and Calvin. They look like best buds! Very sweet video too. Sitting is a fun milestone - they just seem to be more into the action at that point!
